Professional workshops
One of the best ways for companies to connect with IT professionals is through workshops. Our community (QA Serbia) can help co-organize a workshop with your company as a partner. The theme of the workshop would be aligned with the technological interests of your company and would ideally resonate with the members of the community and the general IT public. The workshop would also have a limited number of guests, and since we draw from a large community pool this would ensure high demand. Members of our SmartHR team would then make a selection of the applicants to the workshop, with inputs from your companies management/HR. Another option is to have a brief group interview of the applicants.

On demand education
We can arrange for professional education on hand-picked topics through our education center. The idea is to eschew formality in education, take a lean approach and build specialized curriculums suited to your needs. We have the means to cover all relevant technologies and frameworks. Upon completing a course, seminar or applicable unit of education, the participants undergo final testing and can be evaluated against your expectations and move on to the in-house interview.

We are very proud of this program and we put a lot of energy in it. During the project, several engineers from our community find a job or they are on internship programs. Goal is to make best possible environment for IT engineers and companies for better software development cycle.
